Great program that really works, without too much effort. Lovely and helpful staff. I have just lost 10kg and bought the next round to start after Xmas, as an incentive. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to share, however I did keep a record of my progress and am really happy thus far.
My starting weight was 82.1Kg
My finishing weight was 70.5kg
So I lost a total of 11.6kg - YAY -
I would however like to lose another 6kg. I was advised that this would be ok to do after I finish a round of maintenance which is going well.
I lost a total of 8cm from my bust
I lost a total of 8.5cm from my chest
I lost a total of 11cm from my waist
I lost a total of 4cm from my Hips
I lost a total of 10cm from my midway
I lost a total of 2cms from my Thighs

My goal this year was to lose 20kg and I’m proud to say I’m half way to my goal thanks to the Trim n healthy program! I’ve really struggled for the past few years with my weight and I’ve tried heaps of different diets and exercise regimes with very little results. From the moment I started trim n healthy I saw results! I physically get excited to check my weight to see the scales go down every day!
This is the only program that’s worked for me and I’ve recommended it to everyone that’s complimented me about my weight loss! If you are wanting to lose some kgs then do yourself a favour
