Our Practice offers many different assessments which provide the opportunity for the doctor to undertake an in-depth look at your overall health and provide advice and prevent ill health in the future. Patients aged 75 years and over, a full medical review once a year is recommended. The aim of this assessment is to improve the patient's health and help them maintain independence.
