It is always a nervous moment going to a new therapist, but with Dr. Samuel that wasn't an issue. His clear and reassuring explanation of how he was helping me and what he was treating was above and beyond.
I first saw Dr. Samuel for stress and neck pain. He was able to treat symptoms of both in the same session and within 3 treatments I was pain free and had significantly less stress in my life.

I was referred to Dr Samuel of Elevate Acupuncture by a friend. Having never had acupuncture before I was concerned about having needles put in me.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and was made to feel very comfortable. Samuel took a lot of time with me asking a range of questions including diet and sleep patterns.
I was very impressed at how far down he drilled down with his queries showing genuine concern and understanding for my needs.

I have been attending acupuncture for back pain and after only 4 visits, I am now free of back pain. Just amazing. As this was my first time having acupuncture, and having a dislike for needles (like most people), I was obviously anxious about what to expect. Sam could not have been better in terms of putting me at ease by clearly explaining the process and constantly checking in with me on how I was going, what I was experiencing, and what more he could do to help me. He is very knowledgeable in acupuncture and tried a range of different techniques to optimise my treatment. It was also the little extra things like a free bottle of coconut water at the end of each session, and complimentary moxa sticks to use
