Individually tailored to your needs, we will get a picture of your overall health and main complaints and customise the session just for you, it may include Acupuncture (but it doesn't have to) there is often some massage or manual therapies, maybe some cupping, there is usually some energy work and relaxation meditation.
The modern Silicon Cups we use are so versatile they allow us to cup areas of the body that it was not possible to treat with traditional cups, shoulders knees, feet, wrists. Having studied many different massages, manual therapies and ways of working with the body, I have taken the most effective parts and combined them into my own unique muscle manipulation massage.

Services
In order to provide a fair and timely service to all of our patients, we require that patients, who have made a booking, arrive promptly for their appointment. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes, as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to our next patient.

Michael was recommended to be by a fellow chef and after returning to work after a severe neck injury (4 years recovery) I was in pain again returning to cheffing and felt like I was going backwards in my rehabilitation. Michael has been incredible in helping me heal from traumatic injury and surgery. He is always incredibly professional, patient, calm and supportive during treatments. I had reservations about trying Accupuncture again after having a bad and traumatising experience and Michael was very understanding and didn’t push me to try Accupuncture until I was ready, instead using other methods to help my needs. I could not recommend Michael enough to support someone’s healing through injury or anything else eg. Stress or sleep disturbance.

Micheal is rare breed of healer that values the importance of healing the mind, body and spirit. Every interaction has resulted in huge growth. From lower back issues, to lack of self worth/love he has the healing touch.
