Want to say a huge thankyou to Belinda and her team including Ramona and Bec for their expertise and friendliness over the past 4 years while managing our rental property. Always prompt and efficient dealing with any problems which arose including attending court when dealing with a very troublesome tenant and getting result in our favour. It got to a time when we decided to sell the rental, having used Belinda to sell our previous family home at a great price, we had no qualms about using her as our agent again. Yet again within 2 home opens she achieved a sale price which we were happy with.

We have been dealing with Belinda for the over two years with our rental property. We have always found Belinda and her team to be highly professional and hands on. She has had to deal with a difficult tenant and dealt with the problems associated with diplomacy and determination and continues to do so. She is always available even outside of normal office hours and responds to any queries promptly, as do her team. Well done Belinda.

I rented an apartment through Mandurah Property Management, and have nothing but good things to say about the team there! Tara was very responsive to all communications, happy to answer all of my questions, and was very easy to get along with.
When I was relocated for work, I had to end my tenancy before the lease end date, and from start to finish, the process was made pain free for me. Belinda and Tara worked hard to ensure everything was explained and straight forward, worked around my schedule to organise viewing times, and even managed to have another tenant ready to move in a few days after

A chance encounter in the surf has led to hassle free property management with Belinda and Nathan!
