Amanda and Dieter had a great paddle on our Viking Espri kayaks in the lower Maroochy River. They came back early to have a try on the stand up paddle boards. Our pontoon BBQ boats are perfect for a birthday party. The 12 seater BBQ cruisers come standard with toilet, BBQ, full roof, roll down clear blinds, kitchen sink and two tables.
Regular visiting angler to Swan Boat Hire, Craig Stewart who also works for DPI in Brisbane City took a day out with good company on a large BBQ Pontoon and filmed the whole experience. Craig is no stranger to recording his experiences and has now ventured out to start a virtual network for anglers to share info and experiences.
We aim to provide our customers with a fun and memorable experience on the river and hopefully catch a few fish too. There are over twenty boats; 3-6 seater tinnies, 6-7 seat polycrafts, 8-12 seat BBQ cruisers and the XL 12 seat BBQ boat. Also available are paddle craft: kids, single and double kayak and stand up paddle boards.

We recently hired an XL BBQ boat with a group of friends and had an awesome day. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and even helped load our eskies/gear onto the boat for the day. The boat was great. We loved having the extra space out the front and ladder to get on and off in the water. Will definitely be booking another hire in the near future.

Highly recommend these guys! We hired a boat yesterday & the whole experience; from our initial briefing to reopening the shop for the kids (including big kids 😉) to grab an ice cream at the end of the day was excellent. Our boat was clean, started first time every time & was equiped with what we needed to enjoy the day on the water. Nothing was a problem & most importantly the team was ready to help load & unload our boat, including helping little people on & off!

Swan Boat Hire were fantastic today. We showed up spontaneously and were instantly greeted by really helpful staff. They helped us pick a suitable boat (the 8-seater BBQ which was easily accessible for our 88yo grandmother), and gave great advice as to where we should travel.
