Groundwater is a natural occurrence in which water flows or collects beneath the ground; it originates from rainwater and soaks into the ground filling small empty spaces in soil, sediment and porous rock. Groundwater can make its way back to the surface and tends to be most noticeable in low lying areas and in the winter when the ground is most saturated.
Our qualified and experienced technicians can inspect your building and diagnose what is causing the dampness and then take the necessary steps to fix it. Scott from Zenith was great to work with from the start - arrived on time, gave me options to fix my damp course and subfloor ventilation issue(s), kept me informed each step of the way and the pricing was fair based on online research and other quotes received.
Nathan, Marcus and Alex (among others) worked on the property - their work was neat, to a high standard, they cleaned up at the end of each day and finished within the time quoted.
Glad I went with Zenith and would definitely use again if I ever move and have the same issue.

Marcus provides a great service - had a new safety switch installed for my business and it was on time, on budget and much cheaper than other quotes from electricians in the same area, thoroughly recommend!
