Justice John Dixon of the Supreme Court ordered the demolition of the Defendant's (Mrs Wright's) infringing $960,000 constructions built outside the permitted building envelope and in breach of restrictive covenant as sought by our Client.Raven & Associates handled the litigation from beginning to completion, with all litigation work and advocacy in the Trial being undertaken by our firm's principal/director Christopher Raven.
