The team at Brian Hilton Toyota (North Gosford) were fantastic to deal with. They all went out of their way to help me get a car quickly purchased, in time for me to drive down to melbourne for christmas. It was a very quick turn over. Lauren was an incredible support and really went out of her way, with providing me her mobile, and very quick responses to text even. They organised for Rob to bring the car an hour away just for me to test drive it, and then Bill brought it back down the next day once the purchase went through. Passenger side door mirror had to be replaced. Contacted Brian Hilton Spare Parts to order the replacement. I was informed that the part would be there at 9am the next day, sure enough it was. I then contacted the Service Department to book the car in. They booked me in for 9.30am the next day. I found my experience with both departments to be very professional and courteous. Great Cafe, top breakfast.

Service is excellent! I really appreciate the courtesy pick-up and drop-off when getting my car serviced. Dave, the driver, is very accommodating and great at his job! The whole service team seems very switched-on to making the process hassle-free.

Just took delivery of a pre-owned low kilometre Aurion today,
my sales consultant being Maroun and Business Manager Lauren.
At the end of the day it was an overall positive experience, car was driven from Central Coast to Wagga Wagga and delivered to me by Bill absolutely spotless and exactly what I wanted (considering I purchased it sight unseen)
Not to mention the price of the car was very reasonable, and in no way over priced or inflated.
I would look at BHMG before any other car dealerships in the future when purchasing my next vehicle.

Do not buy used vehicles and their extended warranty it in not worth the heartache. The extra warranty they tell you covers for major mechanical - no its only $2500 worth. So that in fact really is like a radiator and fan with labor...if your lucky..... If your car gearbox explodes for no reason at 40km hr and that is $9000 to repair...yes $9000 well that warranty is worth 3/10th of well you understand....
I am a smart woman and I should have known better than to buy something without reading the fine print but you read mechanical warranty you think u are covered..oh that's right they phoned me

The older man on sales could not be ruder. He was not interested in showing us anything and was short with us the entire time. We thankfully have now spent our money elsewhere. If they are wanting us to spend $50,000+ on a car that’s not the way to go about it.

I went into Toyota very distressed - because my heater/fan buttons on my dashboard had been pressed in during an accident. The team at Brian Hilton assured me that they will take good care to take off my dashboard and attempt to pop the buttons back in place - hopefully avoiding cost for new parts. They assured me they would avoid any unnecessary works. Not only did they completely fixed the issue but they tested it all to see the buttons worked beautifully. They are not there to make money - they are there to give quality care and customer service. I will continue to trust them with my car after

Definitely recommend John Bence from the service department at Brian Hilton Toyota North Gosford/Wyoming. John had impeccable customer service and I felt as though I received a VIP customer experience. John was knowledgeable in the process and made the whole process seamless. Taking your car for a service with two small children often seems like a chore, but surprisingly thanks to John, I really enjoyed my experience and have full confidence in the service provided. Would not trust anywhere else with my car!

Was an overall great experience purchasing my new hilux, was always informed with updates on the order with my car and the finance team offered great help. I delt with Matthew Warner he had expert knowlege on my vehicle, was there anytime of the day to answer any of my questions and guided me through the process right until the day of pickup. I can highly recommend Brian Hilton Toyota at Wyoming. The salesperson, James Kinnersley, was excellent. He was very easy to talk to, had in-depth mechanical knowledge and went above and beyond in his service, responding to emails and messages, even on his day off.
The manager, Peter Randall, was also wonderful, lending me a car to use, as my own car had been rendered undriveable after the torrential rain.
