Siesta Hammocks has everything you need to get your family swinging and relaxing, in the one place. The kids can hang from the tree out the front in their silky wrap swing or pod chair, which is easily transferred to the sturdy stand in the back yard, while the partner can chase the sun around the yard with his hammock and stand. The customer service was exceptional, from initiating contact regarding an out of stock item to organising a replacement. All communication has been hassle free.

Great quality hammocks. Very comfortable. We had some issues with shipping and with described sizing but these were both sorted out to my satisfaction. Siesta Hammocks obviously stands by their products and service and wants to keep their customers happy. Thank you.
On the issue of sizing, if you really need a hammock big enough for a couple of adults, the Jumbo is probably the way to go.

I ordered a hammock stand on the 1st of October and it is yet to arrive. After trying to contact the support team in the given contact time, I am told that there is no one available. It got "shipped" not too long after the order so where is it. I feel like at this point, companies like this are using "covid" as an excuse for their poor customer service and delivery time. I hope that this issue is fixed ASAP as it was meant to be a birthday present to a significant other! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Siesta Hammocks have been friendly & professional. Email communication has been prompt and all information reliable. Our hammock lives in our garden now and it's quite the feature. We absolutely love it, as do our 2 little girls.

I ordered a hammock stand in August for delivery by 7 September. It is now the end of October and I still have not received my parcel. I have emailed Aaron numerous times and each time he has blamed COVID for the delay. At one point he said it had been delivered and it was my problem but after I informed him the tracking information he sent me was for someone else's order he backtracked and said it was still on its way and he would speak to someone at AuPost. I have been to Australia Post and have been advised that the tracking number he gave me was invalid. I have asked for a refund or for the

Website showed the hammock in stock. It hadn't arrived a few weeks later so I emailed and was told by Aaron it had been dispatched. Another few weeks and still not arrived so I emailed again. This time told by Aaron it was not in stock and on back order for another few weeks later. I emailed back pointing out the website misleadingly said "limited stock" and that Fair Trading NSW might have a view on this dishonest practice. Aaron suggested he would only charge 50%.
