It was a strange feeling to be sitting at the computer feeling my chair sink beneath me until my chin was able to rest on the desk top! But thanks to "The Chairman" all was not lost. I didn't even have to struggle to get the chair into the boot of the car to take it to be repaired. "The Chairman" actually came to me! Leon arrived punctually, took my chair outside and within minutes the faulty parts of my chair had been replaced and the chair was regassed and ready to go again. Thank you Leon and thank you "Mr Chairman" for your excellent service.

The Chairman is a shining light in the service world. From quote to repair these guys were a joy to deal with. Just a few photos and phone call had my issue diagnosed. As soon as it was convenient, a fantastic repair man came to my home and fixed the chair on the spot and even gave me some tips as how to increase the life of my chair - given that their business is repairing chairs, you would think they would keep that to themselves. Fantastic work team - I will share your details with whom ever is in need. I will of course be back when needed.

I bought a Delta Task chair from here on the recommendation of the salesman. I'm 6'6" and 125kg so I wanted something solid. The chair arrived very quickly, but had a mechanical issue. Leon and the team worked tirelessly to get it sorted ASAP and now I've got a great chair I'm very happy with. Thanks everyone at The Chairman.

THE best chair I've ever used. Forget places like officeworks, whose chairs fall apart after short use or arent weighted well. Officework chairs maybe weighted to 120kg or 3-5 hrs, the chair I've had is weighted to 150kg and 24hr use. I'm finally taking the chair in for a clean and repairs after 8 years, the Gas strut finally went, among other problems. My weight during these yrs was around the 150 kg mark, and the chair coped well.
Forget "gaming chairs" that arent weighted or prescribed for periods over 2 hrs. Invest in a good office chair. Heavy duty, long duration etc. save your back.

Fantastic service! Jenni and Leon were very responsive and helpful from the start. I bought a Jolie chair, custom covered in a bright coloured fabric, delivered really fast ( just under two weeks for a custom chair!) Forget the big chain stores, these guys have Australian made quality products and offer wonderful professional service (even with my tiny order). Thanks again.
