After checking all my connections and restarting my modem, calling Telstra to be told that there were no outages in Ocean Reef I was left with no option but to call Austin technology. Paul came and check through all the things that I had done and some 3 hours later checked with Telstra and found that there had indeed been an outage. I am just hoping that we are able to charge Telstra for their lack of communication especially after we specifically asked. As always Austin were very professional, thank you

The rule that was setup on the mailbox was turned off slightly later than was required, causing a little confusion for both users involved - otherwise all appeared to work well.

Hi IT Team, Jack has done a great job on this, laptop works well etc. The problem has come to light this morning - with the portability of the new USBC connection and docking stations - I now have a redundant set up at Contest link unfortunately, and a further redundant set up for Home Office - both that I can't use because I don't have the new small HP docking station set up.... each work area is set up with the old laptop in mind. For future laptop roll outs I think this is an important point to have covered with each employee - as effectively you are cut off and can only work efficiently from
