Discussed our requirements and made helpful suggestions. The crew turned up on time and were very co-operative, working around me as I was working from home. When I called back a week or two later with some queries about the installation, they didn't hesitate to send someone out, not to argue the point, but to make sure it was all sorted and we were happy. All our interactions with sales, office, and install staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. We got a good system that meets our needs nicely at a good price. Happy to recommend these guys (and Kylie!) to anyone.

Australian Climate Systems is easily one of the best companies I've dealt with. We purchased ducted heating and evaporative cooling from them over 12-months ago.
Their sales team were very easy to deal with, no pressure or trying to sell us something we didn't need - just sound advice and gave us the opportunity to make an informed decision.
The installation team were really friendly, flexible, fast and clean! Unlike most tradies, they didn't leave rubbish lying under the house or in the attic and their work was top notch. They put the extra effort in to make sure everything was tucked away nicely

We have ACS to install the ducted heating for us at the beginning of the year and now again, we decided to have them to install our cooling system. Absolutely right decision to go with these guys, they are professional, reliable and easy friendly to communicate! I need to give thanks to Daniel who did the inspection and quotation for us. Daniel gave sincere advice as if he is the user at my house, you are super! Also to the installation team lead by Johnathan today, highly efficient, explain things very well, clean up my place both inside and outdoor without any mess. BIG thank you all!

Such great service, both the customer service and the tradesman were exceptional. We had no heating for about a month, I finally booked Aus Climate Systems to come look at it, and then we had a big storm that left us and many others without power for 3 days. This meant our original booking could not go ahead. They reached out to us to check if we… had power and rebook us in. The tradesperson got our broken heater working within about 10 mins and did a service without any issues. We were also able to pick his brain about options for updating our heating and cooling. Great service from everyone at Australian Climate Systems. They understood what I wanted and provided a replacement for my old heater straight away. They even installed it earlier than than I expected. The guys who installed the new heater were very professional and knew what they were doing. They left after explaining how everything worked and cleaning up. I was really impressed with all aspects of getting my heater replaced. Thanks for a great job.

Had our heater go bang on Wednesday morning. Had the tech from ACS out Wednesday morning to confirm it had in fact died and within a few hours we had a quote. By 1.45pm Friday our new heater was fully installed and the technicians were out the door. Everyone was super helpful and easy to deal with. I will be recommending ACS to anyone needing heating or cooling assistance. Thanks guys.

Brilliant customer service. Very quick to attend our property. The service technician was on time and arrived exactly when he said he would. Our system was beyond repair. We were quoted very quickly with numerous options to suit our budget. Decision made and new system installed the same week. The girls in the office have exceptional customer service skills and kept us informed the whole process. We are now sitting in our warm house.
