These guys are awesome! Apple quoted me more than my computer is worth to get the battery replaced (typical!) the folks at Flash did it for a little over a third of what Apple quoted.

"Nasty Karen" here folks. Usually I live up to my name and, on the rare occasions that I can actually be bothered to comment, it tends to be negative - I do this mainly to warn others - but I also believe in giving credit where it's due.
Being a major non-geek urbanite and then relocating to a rural area, it was inevitable that I would have computer problems that would need attention. Well that day came three days ago.
The guys at Flash worked under very difficult circumstances (major flooding) to stay operating. A totally unexpected professional knowledge-level, combined with patience and friendliness
