It isn’t really walkable to interesting things. Despite having a sign that promised complimentary bikes, they only had one because the other was stolen and I guess they think one is good enough to service a whole hotel? Tried to order from the menu in the elevator and pamphlet in the room but it is closed. Taking the time to pull these while that isn’t an option would better manage guest expectations. Some of our shower products didn’t have the seal on them… recycling? Whatever it is doesn’t sound covid safe. We enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon - hundreds of huge black flying foxes

Room was for the most part satisfactory. Was a little disappointed when checking in at the front desk, although staying 2 nights, we had a descent amount of luggage and no one at the front desk offered to help, especially the gentleman on his computer who pretended I wasn’t there. Or nor did they let alone offered to let us borrow a luggage cart. A little disappointed with the service considering the amount of money that was paid per nights stay. Would reconsider coming back.

Very disappointed with Customer service. First night of our vacation got ruined, all because staff who gave us a rate failed to inform night manager. The night staff then gave us very hard time and left us stranded outside the hotel for 2 hours. He was so unhelpful he did not bother to contact staff to confirm what arrangements we had. I briefed this to another manager next morning and he said he'd give me a call few hours later, haven't heard from him

Amazing! My partner and I stayed in a Deluxe King with Spa in between Christmas and New Years and we have nothing negative to say. 😍The room was so spacious, bed was comfy, everywhere throughout the building was clean and we adored having a spa to relax in. 👍 The double shower was great too, making getting ready so efficient. Highly recommend if you want a great place to stay near the Newcastle area.

Nice rooms and good facilities at the sports club next door. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't such a pain to access the club from the hotel. Due to covid they have closed off internal access so we had to carry our infant children around the long way through the dark car park in the rain. I'm sure they could find a better solution if they put their minds to it.

I'm writing my review whilst still here. Such a good find of a hotel. We are checking out tommrow but I don't want to leave. Rooms are tastefully done up comfy bed and the little sitting nook over looking the well maintained oval was an added bonus. Great staff and excellent service can't wait to stay again. Thank you.

Great, new and modern hotel. Made a very last minute booking while passing through the area. Nice and clean. Couple things missing in the room, menus missing out of hotel pack and the time on the clock still hadn’t been changed but those are very small details. Parking was secure and on site. Complimentary tea/coffee with biscuits was a great touch after a long drive.
