Glass bead blasting utilises small spherical acrylic beads, which leave a peened, semi-polished, satin finish, on the metal surface. Primarily, it is used on Stainless Steel and Aluminium surfaces and castings, as it does not remove any metal. It is also approved for Food and Pharmaceutical use. This media is inert, and used in our clean blast chamber.
Our premises occupies 3 factory units with direct street frontage for easy loading and unloading of goods. The site covers over 2000 m2 of combined factory and yard. Engaged StripCo to sandblast and powdercoat 2 chair frames, the turnaround on the job was very quick and the finish and quality was excellent. I have engaged other companies for quotations where the process used and pricing was all over the place. I am very pleased that I ended up going with Stripco and dealing with Paul.
