Like all painting procedures, the first step is preparation. Powder Coating relies on a clean surface free of rust and impurities to achieve the best possible finish. All jobs are subjected to some sort of surface preparation, whether that be cleaning and sanding or abrasive blasting. Here at Advanced Powder Coating, we use several methods of cleaning and preparation for your items prior to powder coating.
All powder coating colours and textured colours can be applied to steel, aluminium and other metals, which can be used for both internal and external applications. Solid colours- Most colours are what we call "solid" colours which simply means that the colour is not transparent, does not need a base coat or a clear coat.

I used this company for sandblasting and recoating both cast iron and aluminium furniture. These were in as-new condition; but desired a different colour. After 3 months of waiting (agreed 3 weeks) and thousands of dollars the furniture came back damaged and with holes from over sandblasting in the majority of the pieces. This was hidden until payment was provided. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST OR PAY THE PRICE!!!!!!

I am very happy with my fence panels and gates powder coated by this company. The most important thing to me is the good value with good quality. For adding a value to my property, I decided to do proper paint to my old galvanised fences and gates. I did lots of enquiries, to my surprise, the powder coating price is nearly doubled than 15 years ago in Sydney. One company even quoted me to chemical strip the old paint would cost $100/m2. Even Sand Blast would cost around $40/m2. I nearly gave up on the idea of repainting them until Johnny, the boss of Advanced Powder Coating & Sand Blasting, Blacktown

Fantastic results and couldn’t have made it easier.
I wanted to get my front and rear bumpers coated in black and the roll bar too, just to give it a bit of a new look - had it for a few years and just wanted a change.
They quoted on the phone, booked it straight in and a day later it was ready to go. They took the parts of the car and refitted as well. Did a great job and very happy with the price. Thanks guys,
