I called to inquire about a custom glass balustrade railing project at my home in Sydney. Super helpful and willing to come out right away to look at the project and finalize a quote. His quote was competitive and he was super accommodating.

We did a major remodel in the Sutherland Shire Sydney's South that lasted almost a year.
I have worked with a variety of builders in the 30 years in many different projects and several stand out as excellent.
After conducting a search for steel staircases Sydney, we selected The Balustrade Sydney Authority to do our stair railing based upon their strong reviews.

I had specific requirements for my frame less glass balcony balustrade and need it minimal railings. Their system solved both my issues at a very competitive price in comparison to other suppliers in Sydney. The glass installation on the top rails and the 6 glass panels was so very straight forward and there was no need for an additional work.
The quality of glass components was +AAA, strong, with good quality finishing. The after sales service team was also very good. I love my new glass balustrade and can't wait till the warmer months when I can start having BBQs out side. Thank you again.

These guys are awesome! Rudolf did a great job installing our glass balustrade at our home in Sydney. They stand behind their work 100%. Incredibly competitive in price, the standard of work was fantastic. Had a few problems and adjustment after the job was done and they stepped right up and fixed it. I posted some pictures of our glass balcony balustrade! Recommend them without hesitation! P.S. And, Rudolf I think, managed to upsell me on glass coating.

This review is somewhat late. We live in a house in Sydney South which was constructed many, many years back. Fortunately, the previous owners gutted the place and did a wonderful job upgrading it. The balcony did not get included in the upgrade. I called 5 distinct glass balcony experts and it was quite a simple choice to go with the Balustrade Sydney Authority. WOW! Did what they promised. Great choice of frameless glass railings options, timely delivery. I'd absolutely use them again should I need more balconies upgraded.

We called The Balustrade Sydney Authority to come out and give us an estimate in Sydney Western Suburbs for a glass balustrade fence with a 5/8 metal rod and glass that would go around our pool. They were prompt and came out the next day (on a Saturday) with an estimate that beat the other competitors around Sydney.
