Jeffery West is the rebellious men's shoe brand from the heart of the UK leather industry in Northampton. Even at the age of 16, childhood friends Mark Jeffery and Guy West were making their own line of shoes which they sold at Kensington Market, and they eventually established the Jeffery West brand in 1987 and began designing and producing shoes in earnest.

Cheap, nasty, shonky workmanship. DO NOT trust them with your expensive shoes! A simple sole replacement ended up ruining the shoes. Leather was shaved into leaving a gap the the tip. The owner/attendant claimed that’s the original condition of a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti boots. Look at the photos and you be the judge.

Unfortunately had my very expensive shoes ruined here. Stained beyond cleaning and the leather was actually CUT into around the whole toe. They were then sent to a third party for repair without discussing with me. 3 months later they were returned to me - not how I left them. Manager won't talk to me, no offer of compensation / refund (was stupid enough to pay upfront). Not very professional.

In November 2020, I decided to go get my key cut at Manfred’s Shoe Lounge as I have heard many good reviews. As a North Melbournian, I attempt to support local business wherever possible. I was on my own and waited my turn. There was a server who saw me but did not approach to help. I waited for a good 5 minutes or so.
It wasn't until my partner,… a white male, came in that the server came to help. As a woman of Asian descent this behaviour made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. In terms of service this was quite surprising, especially in my diverse community. I am sorry to

Excellent work on a pair of Olympic weighligting shoes I had with very worn down wooden base platform on the outer edges, as well as worn down rubber sole.
A unique specialist shoe from many years ago which is not commonly seem by cobblers, but he was able to repair it superbly, understanding my requirements perfectly, restoring the heel and the rubber sole, making it back to 100% functionality. Definitely recommend and would use again.

The shoe is in great quality at reasonable price, and the accessories are also beautiful. I got a Loake double monk strap shoe, a handmade leather belt, two socks and a leather cream here.
The service is also great. The owner Matio (hopefully I spell this right) is a very nice, patient and professional Italian craftsman. I spent an hour there, trying the shoes, choosing accessories and asking shoe related questions, and Matio answered them all.
I will definitely revisit the store, recommend it to my friends, and let my shoes resoled here once they are worn out.

Thanks so much for undertaking the massive job of repairing my partner's very holey shoes! They were practically sole-less, the holes were so large! I awoke to the message with the photo of the repair saying they were ready for pick up before scheduled and the job was flawless! They had to replace the inner sole and completely rebuild the bottom… also. The cracks of the leather were patched on top and they are still the same pair of shoes that he wouldn't part with! Great customer service, price very reasonable for large undertaking of the job and time and care spent. I doubt that anyone

So glad I found this place. I've been hunting for a artisan shoe repairer for my favorite shoes that really had had it, but I couldn't toss them, and they FIXED THEM!!! They did such a great job I handed over the boots I was wearing, and they fixed those too. Very reasonable prices and my quest is over. Favorite shoes are fixed and I'm happy. Thank you!!
