My 1964 Elna is running better than ever thanks to Sam's work to repair and service it. Couldn't be happier.
Excellent service. And I also really appreciate the little professional touches such as new felts for the cotton reels and marking the new ideal tension adjustment point. Can thoroughly recommend.

Thank you Sam for taking care of me and my Brother sewing machine. The best customer service I've ever received at a mechanic workshop. I can sense how passionate and knowledgeable Sam is about his job. Thank you again. Love your work and highly recommend!

Thanks for the pleasure of receiving service from you. Great communication and willing to explain all my questions with patience. My Mother's sewing machine is working well again, after being serviced. Such a professional and reliable way of working :)

Went back to Sam with my overlocker. He spent time explaining the problems and gave the quote straight away. Very high attention to details, reasonable price and great service. My machine came back shiny cleaned and working beautifully. Wonderful mechanic!

Tried calling them, they didn't get back to me. Sent an email instead detailing my problems. They were very dismissive of me in their reply.

I have tried twice now to seek help from Sam, but he is dismissive and doesn't seem interested in providing the service he states on his website and I am only just down the road. In fact the list of things he wants me to do before he would even consider coming out is frustrating considering I am ringing him FOR a service. If I knew what was wrong or knew how to fix and service my machine .. I wouldn't be wasting the time trying to find someone who could.

I took my 40 year old neglected sewing machine to Sam after reading reviews from other customers. Sam diagnosed the problem immediately and within 10 days I collected my now, as new, repaired and fully serviced machine. Excellent service, highly recommend

I phoned Sam after collecting my machine after having it serviced to thank him for the excellent service. The (36yo) machine was running like new again, but it was all the finishing touches that he added to his service which showed his quality. During our conversation, the passion that he has for his work shone through. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

So happy with the service at Sam's. Sam is a friendly and helpful person who helped me get my 25+ year old up Elna and running again. He was able to explain to me what had gone wrong with my machine and how to resolve it and the price was very reasonable compared to other places I'd enquired. I was impressed by his enthusiasm for sewing machines and his patience fielding my often very silly questions. Thanks Sam!
