All repairs are carried out in house, but we offer onsite Servicing to all Brother Multi Needle Embroidery Machines as we understand these machines are way too heavy to lift and preferred not to be moved. Bookings essential. We are also a BROTHER WARRANTY REPAIR CENTRE for all Brother customers, no matter where you bought your machine.

Refuses service based on Discriminatory Practices, 0/1 0 would not recommend. Brad basically told me that under no circumstances will he be servicing my machine, ever. Company is discriminatory in practices. Won't provide service to loyal longstanding customers, despite alternative provisions being offered. Refusing to service unimmunisable customers is Punitive behaviour.
