Ballina and Byron Bay Massage Therapist Yasmin Lang has been working with people for over 30 years with a depth of experience in massage, spa treatments, aged care, youth work, palliative care, dementia care and respite for people with mental health issues. Over the years she has worked either from health and wellbeing centres or as a massage therapist in Byron Bay (from her home based clinic and now more recently as a mobile massage therapist).
I was at Byron Bay on holiday over NYE, and lucky enough to get a spontaneous appointment with Yasmin Lang in the studio at the beach. My back was in pain from a surfing lesson two days before, and my whole upper body was tight. The massage Yasmin gave me was one of the best I have ever received in my life.
Energetic Integrity is a teaching by Serge Benhayon of Universal Medicine which describes the deep responsibility we have towards each other at every level of our interactions. It was a teaching that completely transformed Yasmin's practise, "I came to understand that the true care that I bring to myself is the true care that I can bring to others, it can never be the other way around."

Remedial Massage is a massage technique which aims to support a person experiencing tight, tense or knotted muscles. It is used in a number of situations to address muscle, ligament and tendon problems. When a person experiences pain or spasms in the muscles the centre of the pain will often come from the site of the spasm of the muscle.

I recently had the absolute joy of having a massage with Yasmin at Innermost harmony Massage, it was so much more then just a massage.
I had not had a massage foe years and my body was calling out to have one.I can say that without a doubt that my body was joyfully responding to the care and love that was held in while Yasmin was giving me the massage. I have had many massages in my life (i'm 67 years old) but the best was the remedial massage I received last week from Yasmin Lang of Innermost Harmony Byron Bay. Yasmin has a beautiful naturally lit room with a large, comfortable, warm massage table. Towels are beautifully heated and soft to the touch. Yasmin is a very caring and nurturing therapist.

Yasmin's massage is so supportive and relaxing, and the treatment room, overlooking nature, is very beautiful. I recommend Yasmin to anybody who likes high quality body work that comes with integrity and professionalism, as well as warmth and deep caring. The only complaint I have is that it's an hour's drive away from my home..... but it's worth the effort for sure. Thank you Yasmin for the amazing treatments I have received from you!

Yasmin was very welcoming as I arrived for my massage and the space lovely. Warm towels placed on my body and then Yasmin placed her hands on my back. Wow could feel the warmth from her healing hands and the back of my heart area change. She proceeded to massage my back with warm oil and felt so nurtured and cared for, I deepened into my body and totally enjoyed my massage from head to toe with Yasmins gentIe but firm touch with an awesome flow. I felt exquisite, and I have already recommended a couple of friends to experience her massage. I too will be back.
