Throughout our lives, we have all learnt to adapt to our own unique journeys. Just for a minute, breathe, and explore you and just you, your dreams, your hopes, your desires and what you truly want for yourself. Are you searching for clarity, better sleep, more energy or a deeper connection within yourself?

What do you feel is holding you back, your fears, your limiting beliefs or the challenges you are currently facing. Kinesiology can help to identify these issues at a subconscious level, giving you an understanding of what you need to do to confidently take charge of your life and your health. Not many of us like to talk about intimacy.

I'm a Holistic Kinesiologist, Educator and passionately curious about life. I am on a mission to help individuals, couples and children reconnect with themselves and ignite meaningful relationships with each other. I finished high school with a vision of nurturing, loving and protecting as many little people as I could.
Kinesiology encompasses holistic health disciplines which use the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about a person's well being. Originating in the 1970's, it combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Kinesiology identifies the elements which inhibit the body's natural internal energies and accessing the life enhancing potential within the individual.
Kinesiology is a gentle, effective natural therapy that supports growth and change in all areas of your life. During your session, I use a range of physical, emotional, nutritional, and energetic techniques, to lift your vibration and allow you to make long lasting changes. 1 X 90-minute Kinesiology session.
Making yourself a priority can be hard, it is too easy in this busy and demanding life to get lost in the mix. In life we are constantly programming and conditioning our subconscious mind with our thoughts, habits and beliefs. Sometimes it feels as if there is something deep down holding you back not allowing you to take the next step.
A 'good relationship' means different things to different people. While some of us, value the importance in trust, respect, open communication, financial support, equal rights and opportunities and responsibilities. Most of us would also include love, intimacy, sexual expression, commitment, compatibility and companionship.
