Could not recommend Phil and CCP enough. Phil was able to secure retrospective approval from the council for what we thought were compliant earthworks. As it was retrospective, it was quite messy, stressful and required a lot of communication with the councils engineers.
Phil is an excellent communicator and made quite a complex and stressful situation much easier. Will certainly use Phil again in the future.

I was recently served with a letter from my body corporate which said that unless I obtained Council approval for my Caretaker’s unit, I would have to move out. I contacted a certifier who seemed confident but quickly became overwhelmed. A friend recommended Phil. He looked at my situation and agreed that I would qualify, but that the process would be difficult. He was not wrong. The body corporate and insurance company were on my back but Phil calmed them down with progress reports as and when Council provided information. It took 11 anxious painstaking months to pass, but we got there. Thanks

Cant recommend high enough! Phil worked with us to get a DA across the line for our new home. There were a number of 'grey areas' in the council code and the application had a number of complexities. Phill and his team were outstanding - we were kept informed of time lines and they met deadlines every time. Phill spent time and effort talking us through our options and provided support throughout the entire process. Even better, the team achieved the outcome and approval within the time frame promised (and even negotiated more favourable terms that initially expected. ). We will absolutely use

Phil has been brilliant throughout the planning stage of our build, its been a pretty stressful time trying to get everything together on our "challenging build" but knowing that Phil has been in our corner has been a huge relief.

Phill was a massive help!!
Dealing with council is stressful. But the support we got to get through it was brilliant.
He dealt with the ongoing requirements and requests of council, made it simple and easy to understand along the way.
Plus worked above and beyond to help us avoid paying extra infrastructure charges (saving $18k+), allowing us to grow as a business and future proofing it!

We are a body corporate for a sizable complex on the coast undergoing significant capita works for enhancement of our grounds and facilities.
