Is there enough greenfield land on the Gold Coast to support our rapidly growing population? This may surprise some, but the answer is no. The South East Queensland Regional Plan 2017 (SEQRP) identifies that the Gold Coast will require an additional 158,900 dwellings by the year 2041 to accommodate an anticipated increase in population of 351,100 people.

I have been involved in the construction industry for 35 years, had dealings with hundreds of consultants over the years, and this is the first time I have ever written a negative review.
I had a simple DA and thought why not give the new guy a go!
My dealings with Zone Planning seemed professional and in my best interests at the start, this soon turned and I was steering down a long drawn out abyss of expense and time.
I was forced to remove Zone from the DA process as they had cut off contact and removed their services when I questioned their billing and strategies. I dealt with GC City Council
