My sister and I were looking for a necklace to give to our mum for her 60th birthday. We came to Gillian's Jewellery as our mum always goes to Gillian's for her jewellery. San is wonderful, Gillian's jewelers turned my late mother's engagement ring into two seperate rings for myself and my sister for a wedding gift and they went above and beyond my highest expectations. San was updating me along the way of my rings being made from sketches to just a message to let me know the updates. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will not be using any other jewler!!

I approached Gillian’s today requesting an engagement ring resizing without any personal referrals with the Jeweller other than reading all of the positive testimonies and Google reviews. After a brief call over the phone we agreed to meet San in store. I was extremely impressed with San’s knowledge, and could tell she had a wealth of experience. San did a phenomenal job helping me out.
I called multiple jewellers and San was the only one to pick up my call on Saturday.
She also came back to her jewellery shop to give my my engagement ring on a Sunday (even though she wasn't open).
San was also one of the only jewellers to be able to turn around my engagement band in 2 weeks during covid.

I was a little hesitant about leaving my ring which needed repairing with any jeweller as it has such sentimental value to me. San was very polite, honest, knowledgeable and reassuring and was able to explain the whole process to me. I heard of Gillian’s Jewellery through a local newspaper many years ago. Recently I walked in the shop with a pair of my diamond earrings thinking of changing them into a bangle. San, the owner there is very polite and knowledgeable. After going through the details, she showed me some sketches and we discussed options of materials & costs. The following week I went back again showed her the bangle I have, what I like and dislike. She jotted down detailed notes. Absolutely amazing customer service and lovely staff! My fiance got my engagement ring custom made with Gillian's Jewellery last year, and the ring was so beautiful! We came back to get our wedding bands here as they were very experienced and professional, and San was super helpful. We wanted the bands custom made but had no idea what we wanted, and San really took her time to patiently go through the styles and explain to us the pros and cons of each types of bands, and asked how we envisioned it. It turned out perfect and exactly how we wanted! Thank you so much San! Highly recommend!
