Scott was Amazing, he did a really thorough inspection of the property we were looking to buy. He sent a long and detailed report and was happy to chat on the phone about any questions that I had, friendly bloke. I don’t usually write reviews but I really thought that homewise deserved a good review!!!

Scott helped my partner and I buy our first house! He performed a few different building inspections for us as we were going to auctions. He was always able to help us last minute, and was willing to coordinate with real estate agents on our behalf. His building reports were thorough, and we never felt he missed anything (definitely prevented us from making a few bad purchases!). We learnt a lot from him in the process, he always gave us great advice, and we got there finally in the end. Thanks so much Scott!

I couldn't recommend Homewise building Inspections more highly. Scott's meticulous attention to detail in advising on all aspects of the property was incredible. His report was extremely detailed yet written in language that was easy to understand for someone without much building knowledge. The support Scott provided over the phone following the report and answering any queries we had in the days prior to auction gave us great confidence for the day.

We recently used homewise building inspections. We found Scott and his team very useful in determining exactly what we were purchasing, through a detailed and easy to understand report.
