The absolute worst experience.
Do not buy from them!
1. I paid express and instead of 1-2 days it arrives 2 weeks late.
2. I ordered and paid for a board that was available online but after 6 days, they informed me that it was out of stock (meanwhile I was expecting the delivery, they kept telling me the courier company was not picking it up?)
3. Eventually the 2 boards arrive without the handle that I paid for.
4. I then advised them to send the handles to another address as we were no longer on holiday, they then sent it to the wrong address after confirmation it would be ok.
Moral of the
Do not buy from them!

Bought one for my son for an early birthday gift, he LOVES it!! I did note that it arrived quicker than I expected. All in all, very pleased with the great quality of the hoverboard itself and the customer service was amazing when I had contacted them with some questions before ordering. Thanks again!
