Dean explained everything, which is helpful if you haven't had any dealings with him before! I had an insurance on my old Scooter, with Bluebadge Insurance, and he would change the new one over to that one! After your order, he keeps you up to date, especially if he has problems getting your new one or parts for the new one. In this Covid period… it is very understandable and some patience is helpful on your part!

Dean was fantastic. He talked us through all the benefits of a mobility scooter for dad and brought two for dad to try out. Dad was off and riding happily around his retirement village immediately. Dean will service it once a year and is available always on the phone for any issues. Dad got a beautiful reliable blue Afiscooter, very easy to drive… and it has a lock up parcel box. Also a front parcel holder. It’s very stable and easy to manoeuvre. Dad is 89 and a bit forgetful but he is already mastering the easy controls.
