The owner was upfront and transparent from the beginning regarding all fees etc... I was reluctant at first but could not be happier to give these guys a chance. It is a breeze to work with the team at symarco, I just send the timesheet for my employees and their pay slips and reports are ready in my email within the next few hours.
Did i mention that there was a 0$ start up cost as well...

A disappointment in so many ways.
We have been loyal customers of Symarco and the original owner (who had to the sell the business in a hurry due to ill health at the end of last financial year). We were thrilled with her work.
Wish I could say the same of the current owner - inaccurate, ad hoc and incorrect more often than not and owes me a substantial amount in unreturned monies for wages. Very slap dash, has taken a good / great business and ruined its good name. Wonder if he will go bankrupt before I get my money back? Find some other payroll company!
