Now we have been selected by the ATO to provide low-cost Single Touch Payroll solution to the Micro Employer market, we have started actively promoting ourselves so that the businesses who are not in our referral circles can find out about us.
The ATO defines Micro Employer as an employer with 4 or less employees. We have been developing software for a long time and we have been providing payroll bureau and bookkeeping services to the Aged Care Industry for a very long time.

I was using another payroll company for my very small business but their price was super high and the responses were very poor. No help for things I know nothing about. I found AccXite and was instantly taken care of. Payroll is no longer a stressful issue. Michael is very helpful and takes his time to explain things to me.

We signed up with AccXite's Single Touch Payroll service for our small business as they offered an excellent option to upload payslips data in CSV format. Set up was easy. A few weeks after initial set up we had a technical problem with the system. Michael at AccXite responded very quickly and got the problem sorted. It was great to have such outstanding service. Communication via phone and email was excellent. In summary, great product, great service. Very happy that we chose to go with AccXite.

As a small business owner with more specific needs to STP, taking days to research providers, I found it difficult to find a platform that met my needs at a reasonable price, until finding AccXite. Along with faultless customer service(2019), the platform is easy to navigate and understand. Set up was straight forward. I can even access the platform on any of my devices or computers and anywhere in the world. Keep up the great work AccXite team!
