3 Metals has over 22 years of experience in Laser Cutting and steel component manufacturing meaning we can offer and recommend quality solutions for a range of needs and applications. Our engineers are geniuses in design, finding unique and innovative ideas ranging across different industries and different needs.
At 3 Metals we have two TRUMPF press brakes that are able to cater to various designs and one-off pressings. We have the technology to fold sheets of metal up to three metres in length and our machines have a bend force of up to 130 tonnes. Our press brakes are numerically controlled and fully computerised so we can duplicate sheet metal folds as many times as needed.
Our Kuka robotic welding machines are made to ensure we produce the highest quality projects we can. Robotic welding is perfect for just about any welding job but this service is particularly helpful for high volume projects or those that require multiple components at once. Robotic welding ensures the same high quality finish is maintained on each component of the job.
Our fabrication services are suited to a number of applications for various machines or parts. Our 3 Metals engineers can create innovative designs for any industry or application. By cutting, bending, and assembling the components of your unique design, our fabricators can create your custom product.

I've been working with 3 metals for 4 years now and just love these guys!
Mainly work with Mitch who is super helpful. There turn around time on parts and quotes is pretty good. They are almost spot on with there delivery days every time. Sometimes even faster!

The most useless staff you will ever deal with. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. If I could rate with no stars I would. Mitch is the most useless of them all. Sends the 1st order to wrong address, luckily the mailman recognised our business name & bought it over. Then open it to find only one badge when we ordered 25 as a sample (would have been making orders of 200 at a time had they been any good). Then don't receive the other 24 badges for weeks and weeks. 3 of the badges weren't cut out properly and weren't usable. Order again to give them another chance at our business & what they say will be 4-5
