Services
My vision is for you to get and stay well. May you feel revitalised and good within yourself! I am a registered acupuncturist in Randwick in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney with more that 14 years experience. You can also draw on my skills from a past career as scientist and researcher. Before starting acupuncture I worked in Biological Sciences, research and teaching.
At acubalance in Randwick you receive acupuncture treatments based on my qualifications and professional experience in Traditional acupuncture and Western science. While the acupuncture treatment is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine, it embraces current knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology as well as collaboration with medical doctors where appropriate.
Acupuncture may be supportive in the relief of muscular-sceletal pain during pregnancy. For the use of acupuncture in cases of morning sickness, clinical trials have been inconclusive. The trialed acupuncture points are often used for other types of nausea. In pregnancy however a different approach to acupuncture is recommended to relieve nausea.
For acupuncture appointment booking in Randwick or if you have any questions, please email, call or send a text message. I look forward to meeting you! Any additional time in complex treatments should be agreed between us prior to your treatment. This ensures that we have this time available and you know your fee upfront.
The acubalance acupuncture clinic is located on level 7 at 66 High Street, Randwick within the Wales Medical Centre. The entrance is next to the L2 Randwick lightrail terminal opposite the Prince of Wales Hospitals and in walking distance to UNSW. There is free one hour parking in some surrounding streets.

I visited Bettina at Acublance regularly for a few months to help manage the pain associated with quite a challenging health issue.
She was so kind, friendly, caring and supportive that I always came away feeling much better and able to face the challenges ahead.
She has so much experience and insight that I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. It was a pure joy to be treated by her.
Thank you very much Bettina for helping me get through a tough time.

I was delighted to find Bettina on my search for a local and knowledgeable acupuncturist. She is extremely passionate about her work and treats her clients with care, compassion and respect. I have found she always takes time to explain my treatment and I always leave feeling calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend Bettina & acubalance.

Bettina of Acubalance is an awesome acupuncturist. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Every ache and pain she is able to treat and relieve. She will also provide ongoing exercises for you to do at home. You leave feeling the relief you crave for those every day niggles and pains. If you need acupuncture, you should do yourself a favour and visit Acubalance. It will be well worth your while. I travel from the inner west to the eastern suburbs to visit Acubalance as it is well worth the trip.
