I'm a Medical Doctor who works in a Rehab - Clinic for Addictions in Germany. I have been using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with my patients and have found it to be the most effective treatment for many health conditions, so much that given the choice I am aiming on doing RTT therapy full time. Before working with Patti I felt overwhelmed, incapable and struggled to speak up and be heard in a tough working environment. After three sessions with Patti the change I experienced was quite dramatic. I felt more positive, I presented confidently to senior stakeholders and I found myself chipping in in meetings without a second thought. When faced with similar issues to those experienced in the past (being over-worked and over-looked at work) I was able to address them differently by being proactive and taking care of myself, which has been liberating.

The effect of one session with Patti has been really powerful. I have dropped 7 pounds of post-baby weight in two months and I can really feel the difference. Everyone keeps commenting on how good I look. I’m now finding it really easy to get organised and cook healthy food, and not reach for carbs when I’m hungry like I used to. Her aftercare has been amazing, with telephone check-ins and further audio recordings to refresh and fine-tune the process.

"After the birth of my second son, I started to have problems sleeping. Not only was I struggling to get to sleep in the first place but if I was woken in the night it took me hours to get back to sleep. The prolonged lack of sleep was having a big impact on my mood and energy levels which was less than ideal with two small children to look after and work to do. I have suffered from a dog phobia for 20 years. I had just one session and found it a very relaxed and informative experience. Patti took the time to explain the science behind the techniques as she recognised that would put me at ease and make me more receptive. Most importantly she was totally non-judgemental and genuinely interested. After the session I noticed an immediate change in my reaction to dogs. I had one session with Patti for my low self-confidence and anxiety about public speaking. Right up until the point that I closed my eyes I was sure that hypnosis wouldn’t work on me. But coming out of the session the difference I felt was massive and it’s had a positive ripple effect on my life and work. I used to be a social smoker. I liked the ritual of a cigarette with a drink or when going wild on weekends or as an excuse to briefly step out of a big group if I felt a little socially anxious. I’d tried to give up a number of times in the past but always felt like I was with-holding from something I enjoyed. On the way home from the session with Patti, I was asked by someone if I had a lighter and I immediately answered: “No, I don’t smoke”. Before meeting Patti I was skeptical. I have lived with a phobia of fruit all my life. I couldn't sit in the same room as someone eating certain fruits because it repulsed me to the point that I’d feel nauseous. I tried hypnotherapy before with two therapists but to no avail. Patti was very different, however, and on meeting her I was immediately won over. Not only is she a very skilled practitioner, but her belief in her therapy quickly rubs off on you.
