Same Day Express is a platform that connects you and your business with the best couriers across Australia. We offer VIP, 3hr, Same Day and interstate delivery services which can be booked online. Our system provides live tracking code for every booking, which allows you track your parcel from the moment of pick up to the moment of drop off.
When you place your booking with Same Day Express it uses the technology from Zoom2u. The booking will automatically be dispatched to the closest courier. Once your booking is linked to a courier (usually less than 5mins) you will receive a notification. You'll receive details on who the courier is, their contact number (allowing you to call or SMS) and the ability to track their location.
Register online or via our iPhone and Android app. You can use Same Day Express for business or personal use. Once set up we'll get you to enter in your credit card details so you can get started with sending parcels. Once the courier is allocaed you will be able to see how far away they are. I used them on on behalf of my manager/company for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I paid more for the 'by 5pm' purchase option. When I realised that the courier still picking up jobs well after he should've been in transit for me, I queried the driver. He said he was on the way and gave me a location completely different to where the GPS tracker had him. He ended up being close to an hour late and the property settlement that was waiting on his delivery had to be delayed.
