Shocking service and attitude Booked a delivery with a 4 hour guaranteed window. Paid 7 (YES, SEVEN) times our normal courier fee as the parcel had to get there within the time frame specified. The driver only picked up after the delivery deadline time (ie. over 4 hours after booking), then obviously arrived very late, couldn't deliver as the site… was closed. They have insisted on charging a new delivery fee to have it delivered the following day. They don't stand by their guarantee at all. Finally have offered a 50% reduction on the first delivery fee, and full price on the re-delivery

I used this service in conjunction with Chemist2U and it was awesome. The only downside is because it just gave me a link via Chemist2U I was not able to add a tip for the Sherpa delivery driver. I wish I had cash cos Peter was prompt, efficient, polite and followed my delivery instructions.

Tahmas at Sherpa has been a god send for me. Not only does he know where I live (many delivery services end up 100 houses up the street) he has time and time been quick and efficient. He has delivered to me multiple times over the last year (near on 50 times if not more) he is courteous, friendly, and we have shared a joke or 3. Exemplary driver!

Ordered beer as we were in isolation. Received within the time frame, driver was a top bloke. The only small down is both slabs were warm.. we were ready for a beer but had to wait.. don't need both slabs cold but one cold one would've been just dandy..

Bad experience. Twice it has happened when I booked for Same Day Delivery. Parcel meant to be delivered by 5pm. At 3:45pm, still no driver assigned. Called their customer service team and was told they HAVE NOT tried calling drivers in my area to see if they can accept my deliveries. Customer service member could not answer my question nor help me,… she kept repeating the same sentence that they cannot guarantee same day delivery (????) & that I will only know by checking the app constantly if they found a driver. I basically have to wait till late in the night to figure out whether

Worst delivery platform I have ever worked for. Overseas call centre with nothing but disrespect. When you finish throwing out your hard working delivery drivers you will be left with what you deserve. Even with your "PR" company you can't hide the numbers and feedback from Drivers and Customers alike. After all my hard work and promotion of your… platform I was permanately thrown out, with no recourse for a bad photo of an Alcohol delivery that I was trained a month earlier not to take , then told a month later that changed and it was in the "newsletter" like we all have time to read that

Not having a driver with a disconnected number. My order was collected at 12:30pm and its now 3:10pm and still nothing. Now Sherpa states on the website I will be paid $3 for every 5 minutes past the time the… driver picked up the order and I don't understand how this works. There is only one good driver in Wollongong otherwise the service, delivery times etc are appalling and ridiculous. Very unreliable service.

Most useless delivery service I've ever used. We've used them twice to deliver our groceries - the first time ALL of our meat was missing and the second time they tried to give us the entirely wrong order. The driver took the order back to the store and we waited for 3 hours for the issue to be rectified but ended up taking it upon ourselves to sort it out. Will never use them again - absolutely useless.

As a driver there are a few things that needs A LOT of improvement.
1) Web Customer Service. So slow. Last time I needed it, there were 28 people ahead of me. I don't have that time to wait. I cancelled a job via webchat and it took nearly 2 hours before a consultant got to me to cancel the job. This meant I could not attend other jobs as it was… still in my queue.
2) Fix phone lines. Because the phone queues are always busy, the lines are jammed. You can't use for outbound calls to the call centre/customer or sender!! Install more voip lines. If you do eventually get through to the call

Worst delivery I’ve ever used. Scheduled Grocery delivery for 7-8pm. Driver picked them up at 8:05pm. Store is 2 streets away. They proceeded to deliver to another house 4 suburbs away. Then another delivery 2 suburbs away. Then went to another supermarket and sat there for 15min then went to another store. All while this is going on the help desk… clown tried to blame Woolworths for the delay even though Woolworths had confirmed my order was ready for pick up in the afternoon. They finally get here an hour late. No apology no explanation. Disgusting service from the driver and the
