The Archimetro vision is, as a progressive and collaborative design studio trusted by our clients to explore design possibilities. We advise, plan and cater for the design of homes in the inner and outer suburbs of Melbourne and the challenges of coastal environment and rural landscape of country Victoria.
Archimetro will assist you with obtaining a building permit for your new home, renovation, extension, unit or townhouse development, or new apartment project. We utilize our network of building surveyors across Melbourne to efficiently obtain the building permit approvals or if required the town planning permit necessary for your project.
Many residential and commercial developments and land use will require a planning permit from Council. A new home, renovating or an extension to your house may need a planning permit. Multi - unit developments and new apartments will require a planning permit. A planning permit is a legal document that allows a certain use and/or development on your land.
At the conclusion of the design phase, Archimetro can assist you in finding a builder for your project. If you prefer to be an owner-builder, our advise and assistance to register with the Victorian Building Authority, will be invaluable. Owner-builder projects can only relate to single domestic dwellings, including new homes, alterations, renovations or alterations to an existing dwelling.
