After many years of studying and working together, Wayne Livingstone and Lee-Anne Louey decided it was a natural progression to create a building design company built on each others strengths. As a company name 'Livingstone and Louey' was a tongue twister so the company name was developed into L&L Design and Drafting Pty.
At L&L Design and Drafting, we are proud to specialise in design and documentation in the residential sector of the building industry. We take a personalised approach with every project to ensure the long term requirements of our clients are catered for. Whether it be a modest extension or a large scale family home, each project requires thoughtful consideration.
We are often asked by our clients if it is worthwhile to extend/renovate, or is it easier to purchase a new house. The cost of a new house and associated purchase costs, such as stamp duty and relocation fees, can add up enormously. Often, the cost of extension works can work out similarly to relocating.
