Services
If you are travelling to a number of different countries, you should book a long consultation (30 minutes) to complete the comprehensive advice, medication scripts, vaccinations, and international vaccination certificates. As part of your pre-travel advice, we also ensure you are up to date with all government recommended vaccinations for illnesses such as tetanus, whooping cough, influenza, polio, measles, mumps and rubella.
In order to provide you with the utmost care, we take a comprehensive history & examination that helps us to reach an accurate diagnosis. Based on your particular circumstance and health, we will tailor our medical advice and treatment to your specific needs. As your health needs change, we travel this journey with you, understanding the importance of continuity of care.
New referral requests require an appointment via telehealth or F2F. For a preliminary diagnostic assessment, it may require pathology or imaging prior to seeing specialist or allied health professional. Renewal of an existing referral requires a telehealth or F2F appointment if your last consultation was over 3 months ago.
This is an annual in-depth assessment of a patient aged 75 years and over. The aim is to identify health issues and conditions that are potentially preventable or amenable to treatment in order to improve health and/or quality of life. This comprehensive assessment (about 1 hour duration) involves seeing our practice nurse followed by your doctor.

I saw one of the doctors in early March and afterwards was concerned about a few issues in relation to a CT scan. The doctor contacted me directly to address these concerns and to allay any fears. They also undertook to call the hospital imaging practice to ensure the safety of the planned scan and further explain some of their advice in the consult. This proactive approach was very much appreciated and went above and beyond to assist me.

We were referred by a friend who recommended Dr Sue Ridley, who is so good with our toddler. On the odd occasion we couldn't get into see Dr Ridley, we have been so amazed at the other Drs, the centre obviously holds a high standard. We recently had a phone consultation with Dr Sean Tan who was very thorough and offered very sound advice when dealing with croup. Highly recommend to anyone new to Sydney or anyone with a young family.

I have been looked after by this practice for more than 30 years. I mainly see Dr Ridley now but when she isn't there I'm taken care of by such a wonderful team of doctors & staff. The support staff are fantastic, this includes the Practice Manager, Jan and all the wonderful receptionists, like Annie & Louise to name a few and Annie the Practice Nurse.
Dr Ridley has been there for me through some very trying health issues over the past eight years, I can't speak highly enough of her.

So far so good with this practice! The doctor I see is fabulous and always takes things into consideration and actually calls back with test results, even just to say that everything is OK. She also helped pull some strings for me at the ultrasound place she recommended I go to. When I had to go back for a second screen she organised to waiver the fee for me (woohoooo). The reception staff are helpful and the pathology lady is always very friendly and patient. Makes going to the GP a positive experience. Keep it up!

Nurse and receptionists are rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Also had to wait 45 minutes with a small baby, which is why I made an appointment and was willing to pay for the visit in the first place, so as not to wait. The doctor we saw was actually very nice, but we’re so unhappy with the rest of the staff that we have since gone elsewhere.

Rude receptionist who did not check me in with the doctors, even she said she has done so. Ended up waiting for > 30 minutes when the doctor was sitting in his room with no patients. Also received wrong advice from Dr J Harding. He prescribed me with Voltaren which is not advised to be used for pregnancy. I should be treated with antibiotics which resulted in a delay in my treatment.
