Services
If you have an urgent Medical issue that is NOT life threatening, please proceed directly to the Medical Practice and a Doctor will attend to you as soon as possible. If you have a medical or life threatening emergency, please do not ring for an appointment, dial 000 for an Ambulance or proceed to your nearest Emergency Department.
The standard consult length is 15 minutes, if you feel you have multiple concerns to discuss, are attending for a pap smear, post natal check (mother or child) or a complicated health issue please book a double appointment (30 minutes). If you are attending with other members of your family, please book an appointment for each member of the family.
Please note, the Practice does not communicate with patients via email with regards to their health or their family member's health matters. If you are a Pharmaceutical company representative and would like to discuss products with our GP's, please contact the practice during business hours and ask to speak to the Practice Manager.

Made a booking via the phone and the lady said $89 for the appointment a d you get $X back by Medicare. I needed to see a dr and appreciated that one was free at the time I requested.
The front desk people were not friendly.
The appoint was good, certainly a stark contrast to the other medical centres I've been to. Felt like they really cared, asking lots of questions and not just about what I had come in for. But also my work. It seemed like time wasn't an issue. Then to my surprise when I walked out the lady hit me up for $149. I said "I was told on the phone that it was $89" to which she replied

It was my first appointment at this doctors clinic and the receptionist on the phone was lovely, very helpful and explained the pricing and how it’s not bulk billed as it’s private (Thank you Alex). On arrival the receptionist let me know how far away the doctor was from seeing me, which doesn’t usually happen at the docs. I was greeted by my new… Doctor- Dr Daiva Kuzinkoviene with a warm welcome and she instantly made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I’ve finally found the right one after searching for the last 7 years in the Eastern

This practice was recommended to me, specifically Dr Balard - however he was booked out and so instead I booked in to see Dr Wunsh, thinking doctors at the same practice would have a similarly good reputation.
However ... found him to be arrogant, blunt, rude and completely lacking in compassion. Any questions were responded to with a patronising air, single sentence responses at best with an "I know best" attitude. Whilst of course he clearly DOES know best being a doctor, he provided nothing in the way of encouragement or tips for dealing with my condition. Extremely disappointed.
