I got into an accident and Bart from United happened to be on the scene right away. He immediately got out and made sure I was alright, helped me through the claim process, and towed my car while dropping me home. Can not thank Bart and United enough for making a horrible occurrence as easy as possible, and going above and beyond to ensure I was looked after.

I would just like to commend the level of amazing service I received this morning from Tane one of your tow truck men. His level of service was second to none, he was so comforting in such a high level of stress for me. I had an accident and he put my mind at ease! Stood with me in pouring rain he even got an umbrella for me!! I don't normally give complements but he is an absolute asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him working for you.
He made an extremely stressful situation that little bit easier.

Stuck on a Friday arvo with a motorbike broken down on West Coast highway on my birthday. Called United Tilt Tray from a google search and Fiona was incredibly helpful, even let me vent about my luck that day and leading up to the breakdown, payment was easy and a great price and before I knew it Dragan was on his way, we got the bike on the back and strapped down. Very cautious of fenders and plastics which was appreciated. Drove me home with the bike but one better took me back to my birthday party in scarborough. didnt have to do that but was really appreciated. Had a great chat in the Truck

Blown away by how FRIENDLY this team is! Got a call from their office this morning to arrange for my car to be towed and the lady was an absolute pleasure. Within 15 minutes the tow truck driver had called me to give me notice of his arrival and he too made the process as easy as possible and even cared to ask what happened and if everyone was ok. Such a breath of fresh air, thanks for the friendly and efficient service!

The staff at United/BT Towing are sensational. As soon as I called they immediately asked if all parties involved were ok, after that they then got the location details ready for the car tow away. They notified me when they had left and when they were around the corner and at each time asked again if everything was ok. They were fast & told us to jump into the truck for shelter from the rain.
To get a company actually care is very rare these days, not to mention they don't cost you an arm and a leg. Exceptional service. Highly recommend these guys.

Amazing service, prompt and so very kind and understanding. I was involved in a severe car crash and upon calling I had a lovely man Robert come and collect my car. Not only was he so kind whilst I was in shock, he towed my car and even drove me home and was concerned with my well being. The office manager Tania was also wonderful. Thank you United for all that you do! Highly recommend!

I cannot rate this company highly enough! Our driver arrived within about 15 minutes of being contacted by our insurance company. He was so helpful and considerate (especially considering I was a bit emotional!). He dropped took the time to drop us home and removed our car seats for us. Amazing service! Highly recommend!
