Attended for micro-needling only (no other treatments). Sadly, found the service quite unprofessional. Over 30min late seeing me, no explanation offered until I asked if there was a delay. I wasn't given any introduction or explanation about the procedure, no information regarding appropriate aftercare, and the door to the treatment room was left wide open after a random Dr walked in talking on his phone. I had expected a higher standard, and have certainly had better experiences elsewhere.

I have struggled to find a clinic where I can treat my migraine and bruxism (teeth grinding) without having to pay $1,500 to over $2,000 for either a neurologist, or a specialist dentist. This is for the FIRST consultation and treatment...THEN they usually want to sign you up for a yearly treatment plan. Health insurance companies cap the amount that you can claim under these categories, but with a letter from your GP, some will allow you to claim for legitimate medical problems which must be proven by your medical history, e.g. appointments with neurologists, M.R.I.'s etc.

I visited the Crows Nest clinic twice now, seeing two different practioners each time and each experience was as equally pleasant. The receptionist Danielle was exceptionally helpful when i was making an initial enquiry, and the practioners were very professional and didn't try to upsell their services or overcharge like many other clinics do. I was happy with the results and will definately be back.
