Bought an air intake pipe from them that came from over East and it didn't fit my model of car. Came back asking for a refund and they said they'd check and get back to me which is completely understandable, but they gave me a call back saying it does fit my car. They wouldn't believe me that it didn't fit my car and told me to just pick it up and no refund could be made. Went to another auto parts car and they used my vin to find the exact part that I needed which was a completely different air intake pipe that I bought. Excellent old fashioned service !!!! I had 2 brake lights placed at another auto part & they still didnt work^ fuses were ok next option the brake switch being a 10 day delivery, contacted Odins they had one in stock, at collection I asked Mat would he mind putting it in for me for a price, No problem at all Mat put it in although they still didnt work. Mat checked the brake lights & they were both placed in the wrong section. ( shocking) Mat placed the correct lights in & all was good. There was no charge for placing switch NO GREED HERE thanks Odins. Although I was willing to pay.
