I was 16 & bought my first car in (Subaru impreza) and asked if they had the correct fog lights for it. They searched around and managed to find two. I was ecstatic until I found out it was going to cost me $200. I still payed it and they came outside and said they'd put them in for me. That's until they had a look and realised they couldn't and said I'd have to do it at home or get someone to do it. I left and asked dad to do it. He couldn't. My mechanic uncle came over, took one look at them and said they aren't the correct lights so I took them back and was told I couldn't get a refund or swap

Bought two car parts from these guys for my Subaru. Both occasions the guys that served me were friendly and knowledgeable. I rushed in just before closing and they still welcomed me, and the fact they're open on Saturday as well is a godsend for emergency fixes!
They also offer fair prices compared to other wreckers. These guys are a fair drive for me, but they're well worth it! 👍

We needed one bolt. They have numerous VW Golf's stacked up. "nah mate we don't sell them!" I've never known a breakers yard not wanting to errrrrrm break !? Avoid these people, awful customer service, throroughly unimpressed. Went to Tony's wreckers and immediately had a guy respond "yeah no problem, pop down and we'll sort you out!" What a difference ....

As an auto workshop we've used Swan Autos numerous times and have always been happy with their service. Especially Anita who more than once has gone out of her way to track down a part for us. Most other wreckers would just say nope, we don't have it, whereas Swan's will make the calls and put in the effort. Great job, keep it up.
