Solaxs was one of the companies that were provided to me via Finn Peacock and the Good Solar Guide. I was given contacts for three companies initially. Why choose Solaxs? From the first contact, all the staff have been helpful, approachable, polite, respectful, informative and honest. I was given the information specific to our needs and position and then given time to process that information before deciding whether solar panels would work for us.. Our panels went on in May 2019 and best decision ever. We have not had a power bill since in fact we have an $800 credit with our provider.

When you require solar, SolaXs was the best company to do it. From my original contact with Gary and Keith the process ran like clockwork Kathy made sure to get the meter and other details correct. The team was fantastic! Most professional with Terry’s quote, supply and fitting in half a day all done and they clean up too. Fully operational and a part of their solar family. From the initial quote right through to the install completion yesterday the staff from Solar Xs have been nothing short of exceptional. Their install wasn’t straight forward but the tech guy took the time to explain why they were diverting from original plan to ensure we had the maximum yield with no shadow over the panels. The crew was always happy even when the temp rose on the roof and the site was left spotless. Would highly recommend Solar ax’s to anyone thinking of getting solar and supporting local. Thanks again

We have been very impressed with both the product and the service. Whilst the system worked well from day one there were some communication problems with the inverter. This has been replaced under warranty and is now working well. Terry and Kathy had been very professional and willing to assist and advise whenever we have needed them.
