We purchased a change mat that happened to be faulty from the manufacturer (issue became apparent a couple of months after purchase) and Kelly was an absolute delight to deal with. Fabulous service, excellent and prompt communication, and she even helped to ensure we weren't left waiting too long for a replacement while juggling a newborn. I've ordered from KJ Essentials twice now and both times the level of service has been outstanding. I made my first order because I found the item I wanted at a great price, and I went back the second time because the experience was so good. It was really easy to place the order, I received excellent communication, the order was processed almost immediately and delivery was very quick. Great products, great price, great service. Many bigger companies could learn a lot from these guys.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a beautiful robe for my friend on a Sat night. Realising I may have ordered the wrong size, I emailed KJ Essentials on a Sunday morning. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until Mon, however within 5 mins (!) I received an email response confirming that they had changed the size for me. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Always happy to help with any questions you may have. I needed a replacement base for my aroma snooze and kelly organised one to be sent out to me straight away. These guys are amazing, true customer service at it's finest. I won a gorgeous VANCHI nappy bag in an Facebook giveaway, and right from the get go Kelly was lovely to speak with. Unfortunately the courier dropped the package at the wrong address and could not be retrieved. Determined I should get the bag, the team sent a replacement to me right away, no questions asked.
