I teach people just like you, how to eliminate and reduce body pain, improve their posture, and build incredible strength and flexibility through the practice of Pilates, yoga and mindfulness. My Private Clinical Pilates sessions offer you an active treatment solution to help you heal your physical body and calm your mind long term. Each session with me is personalised to your individual circumstance and requirements. Studio private sessions also cater to pregnancy and post-natal and; general strength, flexibility, mobility and functional training.
My group Pilates classes are specifically tailored and personalised to help you to eliminate lower back pain, improve your posture, as well as increase your overall body strength and flexibility. It's empowering, energising and dynamic! Pilates Matwork is a continuously moving and flowing class using our breath to deepen our connection to our body and bring peace to our mind.
My group yoga class pulls together my experiences in both Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga. The class is slow paced but offers you a variety of challenge through the various postures and balances (both standing and arm poses). It's a heavenly blend of body-rejuvenating stretches, slow Vinyasa flow sequences; and strong posture holds and balances to build overall mind and body strength and flexibility.
When it comes to finding time to work out, truly nothing is more convenient than working out from home. Whether you are a full time worker, travel frequently or just want to work out in the comfort of your own home, Soul Flexible online is for you. My on demand classes mean that you can access Pilates anytime, anywhere, off any device.

I have been seeing Jodie for private lessons while going through cancer treatment and its been amazing. She was able to give me a personalised pilates programme but then individualises my exercises weekly depending on my phyiscal ability. Her patience in working with me has allowed me to increase in my confidence in order to start going to group sessions. I cannot recommend Jodie highly enough.

My body is pretty battered after gymnastics as a child and now, after carrying 3 babies of my own. Pilates with Jodie has been the best thing i have found to help my body, my neck and spine in particular. I love the feeling i get after each class. I feel stretched, relaxed and strong each time i go. I can't recommend Vital Wellness Pilates enough! Jodie knows bodies.... and how to "fix" them.

I found Jodie when I was 6 months pregnant and could no longer stick to my usual exercise. Jodie created a program that was right for my body during pregnancy and I truly believe my recovery from a c section was so quick because of her. I have continued to keep going as she is knowledgeable about the body and helping me get back into shape. I highly recommend.

I've been a client of Jodie's for over three years. Her dedication to her clients is above and beyond. Jodie's knowledge, energy and teaching style is amazing. Jodie supports everyone individually within a class depending on their own comfort and strength level. I am always challenged when I need to be and supported when needed. Modifications are always offered within the class to support my own body and it's own weird way of working to ensure a safe practise. My 1:1 Session with Jodie in her Pier St Studio was my introduction to Pilates and it was the best experience. Jodie conveyed expertise and heart in her work with me. I felt so confident in her skills and knowledge and was supported to do only what I could manage but 'stretched' to extend myself as well. The sessions are an amazing combination of body, mind and soul. I know that Pilates will help me physically and mentally and I'm grateful for such a positive experience. I have a lot of problem with my shoulders and my knee due to my job as a Beauty Therapist, and Jodie helped me to work out toward my body and recognise its full potential. She is very thorough and patience, she also make sure that I’m fully comfortable and do Pilates correctly. I feel a lot better every time after the session and will definitely recommend her to my clients and friends.

Fabulous Pilates studio, would highly recommend to anyone just getting started or looking for a small group environment. Jodie is an amazing instructor who truly cares about her clients and their wellness. She focuses on what you can do and tailors the exercises to the individuals. Since joining Jodie’s classes my core strength and flexibility has increased substantially and my nagging shoulder injury is now a thing of the past. As always, Jodie’s approach to teaching Pilates is a breath of fresh air. Not only is Jodie amazing at what she does; her level of engagement, adapting her approach with an individual dependent on their focus or issue and her clear communication, all consistently exceed my expectations with every class. Only been to a couple of classes at bakers house but have enjoyed them. Jodie is excellent , I’m totally new to Pilates and she is patience and helps to guide if you don’t get the moves right with gentleness. Not once have I have felt foolish. Had to miss a class due to illness and really missed it.

So I’ve been (at the time of writing) attending Jodie’s classes for almost a year now, & fitness wise I find nothing else gets results quite like it. The sessions have variety, they’re always fun & Jodie… expertly guides you through to minimise risk of injury & maximise results. Having the choice of a CBD location conveniently nestled close to EQ & Perth Train Stn is also very handy.

Fantastic Pilates class - Jodie is very reassuring and clearly cares about us all. You never feel pressured to keep up with the rest of the class as most of us have some form of painful area that restricts what we can do. She focuses on what we can and not what we can’t do. Convenient location and a lovely studio.
