The Firm was founded in 1981 and for the past 34 years developed from a small city firm to a boutique law practice with an extensive client base. In 2009 Rachel Menassa became principal and the practice name was changed to Menassa Lawyers. Over the years the firm has cultivated an experience professional legal team with the expertise to offer you and or your businesses the tailored representation which best protect your interests.
Menassa Lawyers experience property team spans from sales and purchases, leasing and licensing, developments and due diligence through to structuring, syndication and financing. Our property team cultivated its experience and knowledge for property transactions from a wide range of clients including corporate and institutional owners, property developers, and mortgage financiers, to private client owners.
