We used to get asked to run mouldings, make panels, benchtops and also to supply dressed timber. We realised that there was a market for this type of business to supply cabinet makers, shopfitters and the handyman, so we decided to set up timberwest as a separate entity.

We supply all varieties of Australian timbers and a huge range of American & European timbers.
We make a range of solid timber stair treads in any timber and to any size, with landings to match. We have Spotted gum NSW Blackbutt and American Oak in 300 x 50 for single piece treads always in stock however we can make up any treads in any available timber - just ask us for a quote. Our entry level treads in Jarrah and Tasmanian Oak are competatively priced.
Timberwest offer all varieties of Australian timbers, plus a huge range of American & European timbers. Other Timbers are available upon request. Natural Colour: Heartwood is a light pinkish brown when freshly cut, darkening to a medium reddish brown with time and upon exposure to light. Sapwood is a pale yellowish color.
