Amazing service and can do attitude displayed by Rick who delivered our water tank to Talbot at the end of a long and trying day. He was extremely helpful in solving the issue of getting the tank in place after our initial plan proved impossible. This required him and ourselves to manually roll the 14,000lt tank up and over a 700cm rockery wall negotiating obstacles which included a raised garden with boulders, pizza oven and trees, all with a cheerful manner. He then took the time to explain our options regarding fittings and carefully outfitted the tank with a professsional manner irregardless

Rick, today delivered my tank, I was keep fully informed of expected delivery time, when I couldn't be available at the amended time, Rick changed his schedule and delivered the other tank he had onboard before returning to my property to deliver the tank. When he arrived I had to inform him I had medical issues (only doctor order the day before) so unable to help in any manner, was not a problem for him, nothing was, very pleasant transaction. Which is why I purchased this product after my first transaction approx 20 years ago.

We ordered our tank through an agent of this company, who didn't have the technical knowledge required for what we needed. Thank goodness West Coast Poly who were their supplier became involved. The team at this company (West Coast Poly) is amazing, the wealth of knowledge and their can do attitude made them a pleasure to deal with. The driver that delivered that tank went above and beyond and showed fantastic skill in maneuvering the tank into it's position. Thanks guys we really appreciate what you have done for us!
